According to these benchmarks from TechPowerUp, there was around a 10% improvement in average FPS and 1% lows after manually tuning D2D, NGU, and DDR5 timings. Basically all of the improvements came from D2D and tuned timings, with the NGU not doing much. TPU used 32x D2D, which required 0.89 VNNAON, though I think it can be pushed to 36x D2D at 1.0 VNNAON.
