I recently had to replace my tuf b650e-e motherboard with the msi x870e carbon due to a hardware issue, but when I booted up the same game I was play before, I noticed that the GPU was sitting at ~450w power draw at ~2720mhz when I could get ~375mhz at the same 2702 before. I had a video clip from before so I could compare numbers and I thought even the cpu power draw increased a bit.
I was using the same 2790 at 895 undervolt graph that I saw on YouTube before, but I don’t really know how to tune it. The specs are msi vanguard 5090, 9800x3d, photos are before and after the swap.
