Is this a good pc?

It's for $2000 but with all the shortages, isn't this cheap? I don't understand compatibility issues between cpu gpu etc and haven't bought a pc before. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Ps : kinda skeptic to consider buying a pre built from Amazon
