Hi guys! I'm not really an overcloker, but I really need your help! Promise I'll try to make it short.
I just upgraded from a r5 3600x to a r7 5700x. As always, I enabled DOCP on BIOS, but when I opened CPU-Z, I noticed the "core speed" and "multiplier" parameters going up and down. I'm not sure if my old 3600x did that. I'm posting a short video showing this happening.
Is my 5700x broken, or is that normal?
