The bug is still active because as soon as I got my 30 zombie kills it gave me the reward, I still placed 5th just hugging the edge of zones and didn’t leave match until it forced me out just in case. It really is down to RNG, the zone was right next to me and I got the canister out of my first box hit. It’s also much easier on solos so don’t give up guys!
