Frank woods, Mace & Rose/R0Z3 are the only 3 (or well, 6) operators who are allowed to use finishers from MW2, MW3, BO6 & BO7! Whereas every other operator is stuck with their franchise’s finishers (black ops operators can only use black ops finishers, MW operators can only use MW finishers) for whatever reason
