Got into PC gaming back in late 2016 to early 2017, and it was Linus Tech Tips who got me into this hobby.
I have to say, he inspired me to get into tech as a whole, and he is the reason why I got a computer science degree and my career as a Cloud / DevOps Engineer.
I remember back in the day when the GTX 1080Ti was the best GPU and how those days was the golden age of PC Gaming. As a kid with a GeForce 940M laptop, I always dream of getting the best of the best my self. I remember watching LowSpecGamer back in the day and I remember spending hours optimising and cranking the settings all the way down to as low as possible, playing in windowed mode, and how my laptop would get crazy hot after 1 hour.
Well, 10 years later, after months of research, I was finally able to get all the parts I want. High End PC Gaming is like 10x more expensive than it was 10 years ago, and in this economy, I feel grateful and fortunate to be able to comfortably afford and build my PC!
