CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The American Indoor Football (AIF) has completed it’s review of an incident that occurred during a game between the Cedar Rapids Titans and Wyoming Cavalry on Friday.

After an altercation involving several players and staff members during the game, the following fines and suspensions have been issued for each team:

Cedar Rapids Titans

– Seven players have been suspended for two games each

– one player has been suspended for one game

– An assisatant coach has been suspended for the remainder of the 2026 season

Wyoming Cavalry

– one player has been suspended for one game

– one staff member has been fined for conduct violations

The Wyoming Cavalry have also been fined for violations related to leage operations and gameday conduct policies in accordance with the AIF operations manual.

In response to the incident, AIF commissioner Terrence Foster released the following statement on the league’s position on conduct standards: “The American Indoor Football league has a clear standard when it comes to professionalism, accountability, and respect for the game. What occurred on March 20 fell short of that standard, and it is our responsibility to respond accordingly.”

“Our expectation is that every coach, player, and organization represents the league with integrity at all times. When those expectations are not met, disciplinary action is necessary to protect the league, its players, and its fans.”

The owner of the Cedar Rapids Titans also released a video in response to the incident in a facebook post.
