Running an MSI RTX 3060 12 GB(VENTUS 2X OC LHR) which had a TDP of 170W.
Flashed it's VBIOS to an Gigabyte RTX 3060 12 GB(Gaming OC) which has a TDP of 212W.

Pretty happy with my OC, temps stay below 70c though I'm not fully sure if the temp sensors are give accurate reading as I flashed across vendors.
