(closest theory i can make up on the reason why i died)
it was the final 1v3 i was alone, i knocked one down and lowered one before he popped a shield, after the shield i started pushing, i started spraying as he was moving out the shield, his torso was out, i saw the spatter meaning my shots connected yet 0 damage, while he could hit and kill me no prblem causing me to lose the match.
TLDR
lower half of body was in shield causing the player to be invincible and shoot outside whereas from the outside is the opposite
