Speed Drift – Does Normal Acceleration still reset on the last bar?

Hey guys, quick question about the Speed Drift event.

I’m currently on the last bar (level 7), and I’m wondering how Normal Acceleration works here.

Normally, if you fail a Normal Acceleration, it resets your progress. But since I’m already on the final bar, does it still reset if I fail? Or is it safe to try?

Also, is it worth risking Normal Acceleration, or should I just use Accelerate Safely to guarantee it?
