The teams behind Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls are getting a lot more active lately talking about their game, and there’s even more coming soon.

Arc System Works and PlayStation are apparently going to have a new announcement for Marvel Tokon this weekend, and we can take a look at the movelists for the latest trio of fighters revealed too.

During last night’s broadcast of the Arc World Tour 2025-2026 Finals, the companies reportedly confirmed that Guilty Gear Strive and Marvel announcements are happening on day three of the event.

Although the text says Sunday, the tournament is taking place in South Korea, so they make take place technically tomorrow, March 21, for those of us in the West.

Strive reveals were already confirmed, but it was previously unclear if Marvel would have anything to show considering they’d relegated Tokon reveals to State of Play events thus far.

We can probably expect at least one new character to be showcased, though, judging by the last trailer that announced Wolverine, Magik and Danger, they could do another duo or trio to complete one of the other four-person teams.

Speaking of those X-Men, they have been made available to play for the first time this weekend in a new Marvel Tokon demo at the AWT Finals, so we can get a better sense of what they can do.

That includes the full movelists for Wolverine, Magik and Danger being shared online too by ChromeAlchemist.

We were kinda expecting Danger to have the largest set of abilities out of the bunch, but that feat actually goes to Wolverine surprisingly.

This is largely due to him having six different Unique attack skills, and he can go into a “Berserker Rage” state if they connect to perform additional moves and more damage.

Magik’s Unique ability involves her use of portals that she can place and use in a few different ways including sending her projectiles through them.

Danger has the Calibrate ability, which is the move that sets up the three devices on screen to amplify her other moves.

This comes after ArcSys recently released the full, long list of changes made to Marvel Tokon’s new demo over the betas as well as detailing the new Tokon Assemble comeback Super mechanic too.

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is currently set to release on August 6 for the PlayStation 5 and PC, and we recently put together a pre-order guide for the 4v4 fighting game

as well.
