Hello! I was looking to buy this skin as I love the sport&field collection – and I happened to come across this one, on the steam market, with the base regular price, which seems a bit absurd being given how much Blue it has.
Is this considered a blue gem? I know it’s not Tier 1, or Tier 2 due to the goldness around the back – i’d like some help/opinions, thanks 😀
