(First pic was after first LM treatment) (Second pic is after second LM treatment)
So I delidded my Intel 12900ks and used Liquid Metal to get off what I could but there is what seems to be a VERY stubborn couple spots on one side. I used to feel a raised edge a little before I did Liquid Metal a second time and then polished it with thermal paste.
I can still see the spots but I don’t feel anything anymore and my nail doesn’t catch on anything. Do you guys think it’s ok? Or should I do another Liquid Metal treatment?
