The organiser of Develop:Brighton, Tandem Events, has revealed the first speakers for this year’s show.

The 2026 conference is set to feature talks from the likes of Respawn Entertainment, PlayStation Studios as well as EA’s Full Circle studio.

So far, the Business track features EA Full Circle’s Rikki Vitello, who will be discussing working with external development partners, while Mark Shaw from Flix Entertainment is sharing insight on how to spot sunk cost fallacy on a game project. Finally, recruitment veteran Liz Prince from Amiqus is going to be explaining how to hire under the new UK Employment Rights Act.

Over on the Discoverability track, Najmah Salam from Panda Cat Games will be presenting on executing a marketing content strategy “without losing your mind” alongside Happy Volcano’s Jarvs Tasker, who is sharing tips on how to boost your Steam page for visibility. Finally, Mike Gallagher of Untitled Ad Lab will be explaining why most PC game marketing fails after launch.

The Indie track features Michael Meaden of Athena Worlds on the balance between “big team process vs indie mindset”, while Alyx Jones from Silver Script Games will be sharing how she made and shipped her passion project. Michael Rose of No More Robots and Vlambeer vet Rami Ismail are also giving a talk, though there’s no description just yet.

Finally, the Audio track so far features Respawn Entertainment’s Nick Laviers, who is sharing his learnings across 30 years of working in game audio, while Jagex’s Ashton Mills and Andrew Dodds are discussing “visual approaches to creative sound design”.

PlayStation Studios’ Martin Stig Andersen and Rob Bridgett are also going to take to the stage in conversation with Rob Bridgett.

Develop:Brighton 2026 is set to take place between July 14 and 16.
