I’m facing an issue in PUBG Mobile where I’m trying to buy UC using an Apple gift card balance on my iPad, but I keep getting this error: “This transaction has been canceled due to security risks with the current device or network.”
The confusing part is that my iPad is already added as a trusted device in PUBG, and I’m using my regular WiFi with no VPN. I recently added the gift card balance to my Apple ID and wanted to use it for the purchase. The same purchase works perfectly fine on my Android tablet, which I use daily, but only fails on the iPad.
I’ve tried restarting and retrying, but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it because of the new Apple balance or because I don’t usually make purchases on iPad? How long does this block last, and is there any way to fix it faster? I’ll attach a screenshot for reference. Any help would be appreciated 🙏
