A new freeware utility called Dave’s GSX Profile Manager has been released on Flightsim.to, designed to help users keep track of their installed GSX airport profiles in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Developed by DaveGaming, the standalone desktop tool scans a user’s Community folder and compares installed airport scenery with existing GSX profiles. This provides a clear overview of which airports already have GSX configurations installed and which may still require one.
For users of GSX Pro, managing profiles can quickly become difficult as the number of installed airports grows. Dave’s GSX Profile Manager aims to simplify that process by automatically identifying airports without an installed profile. From there, the tool includes a button that opens the relevant search page on Flightsim.to using the airport’s ICAO code.
Importantly, the tool does not download or install profiles directly. Instead, it simply opens the correct Flightsim.to page in the user’s browser so they can manually download the appropriate GSX profile.
Dave’s GSX Profile Manager is available now as a free download on Flightsim.to and is compatible with both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
